Buckle up guys, your in for quite a ride with this company:After waiting almost 18 months with very little communication and many people dodging our phone calls, we finally have a garage. It began with site managers coming to our house and stating we need to reinforce the retaining walls in order to support the garage. 40k on retaining walls later, the retaining walls ended up needing to be shifted - at our expense- as they hadn’t remeasured the shed dimensions despite 2 visits to the site afterwards.The front of our yard is still covered in debris and packaging, which we will have to pay to remove (despite paying for shed demo and removal as well as concrete removal), and we have a drain leading straight into a dirt hole, which will inevitably flood the new garage with the first rains. Not to mention one of the doors doesn’t actually shut, but after so many let downs I’m surprised it was actually built.The price was initially quoted as $26k, but there were so many hidden costs ‘payable directly to contractors’ that we ended up having to pay well over $37k.I honestly could not recommend this company to anyone. There were definitely a few standouts over the last 18 months- Aaron within the company was apologetic and helpful, the demo guys and concrete guys were a joy to have around, but the poor management, terrible communication, costs well over budget and build defects, have left left us wishing we’d gone another way.
