He provides excellent store service as a longtime customer.Coming here is always a treat.The EB team at Top Ryde is fantastic, staff are always on top of their customers providing the best gaming/electronic shopping experience around. while i thought eb games top ryde was a helpful and friendly shop, recently i had a very bad experience particularly with one of the staff members Kylee. she gave poor service, no help and was extremely rude. how she is a manger i have no idea. i was having trouble with the logitec a10 gaming headset i had purchased from the shop and literally a day after my purchase i went back to change it because it was playing up and i was denied of that right. i told Kylee it was playing up so one minute it would work and the next minute it wouldn't. she plugged the headset into her phone and said she couldn't identify a fault and therefore she couldn't help me when i had clearly said that the issue wasnt that it doesn't work, it is the fact that it plays up. it was inconsistent. tested the device on both my ps5 controllers at home and had the same issue on both. the sound would play up. sometimes it would cut out, there would be screeching, the sound would come from far away and then sometimes it would be normal. i had a constant back and forth with her only for her to tell me i have to send it away to be tested before she can swap it or refund me. as a consumer it is my right to ask for my money back or a replacement of the same product which was my main goal. i just wanted a replacement of the same headphones. she didnt allow that and ask for me to send it away. why should i have to send it away? it is your product you are selling not mine. it isn't my responsibility to test the products you sell. absolutely poor service, poor attitude and no respect. eb games top ryde and manager kylee are ridiculous. never coming back here again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with my PS4 and they got it repaired with no fuss and it was done within 10 days. The price was very reasonable too. They followed up very proactively aswell. Thanks Team.

I know nothing about computer games and consoles but invariably Santa has to source his stock. I've been to Top Ryde EB Games several times over the last few years and always been so impressed with the staff. They are so quick to gauge your level of understanding and talk on your level. These guys have great customer service, who are knowledgeable and friendly and have a lot of patience. I have bought excellent 2nd hand console titles, limited edition models and great externals for PC. They are very flexible with replacements, if you have the correct receipts with you or have an EB account. They will remember your name/face if you put something on hold as well.I have to commend these guys for being very patient, sometimes they might get chatty customers who may hold up one of the servers, but they will always attempt to serve as many as they can in time. I recommend going outside of School Hours, when there is just a few people in store.Highly recommended for anyone looking for great video games, nice merch and some nice hardware. I have been going to these guys since they've been open, I even remember this was the first store to ask for my Age ID.
