The customer service here is top class. My phone had some unexpected problems during the repair and STR took the time to explain to me the problems and give me options before proceeding further. They went over and beyond adequate care for my phone repair. Their price is more than reasonable and probably the best in Canberra. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any iPhone repairs.

My Samsung phone died and I took it to STR to see if it could be 'revived'. They have been absolutely great and very helpful even to providing me with an interim phone as the repair, if it can be done at all, will take a few days. I can not recommend them highly enough for helpfulness, professionalism and friendlyness. Best thing is that they are now located in Cooleman Court; Weston Creek!
