City Cave Gladesville

Came in for a massage and float as I was given a voucher for my birthday. The whole experience was so relaxing and the team there are so kind and accommodating. My massage was great and so relaxing that I fell asleep. The float was such a great way to clear my mind and just be. Definitely a great experience for this tired mumma of 2. I will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have been going here for about 7 months and can honestly say I’ve had a 5 star experience. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are incredible and I don’t know how I would live without the infrared sauna now. Highly recommend.

Great location, facilities and staff are just lovely. I have really enjoyed coming here for floats throughout my pregnancy and will definitely be continuing both post-partum and with any future bubs! So nice to take the pressure off your back and just decompress for a while. Recommend for all my fellow mums-to-be out there, but as always have a chat to your doctor first if you're concerned about trying it out.

I am so grateful to have found City Cave Gladesville! I was nervous about my first float experience because of the fear of feeling claustrophobic but their rooms are so spacious and well appointed, it’s like a true spa therapy! I’m now addicted to the feeling during and after the treatment and have been three times in the last 2 months and have just purchased a 6 pack!The service is amazing and the relaxation room with their delicious teas truly gets you into the chill vibe!Floating helps to alleviate my back pain, gives me a great night’s sleep (as a chronic bad sleeper), relaxes me and yet also gives me energy once the treatment is over! Oh and my skin always feels super smooth from the magnesium!Now I need to try their infrared saunas which I’ve heard amazing things about!Thank you City Cave - you have certainly improved my self-care ritual immensely!

My husband and I are triathletes and use a number of recovery therapies. It has been hard to get these locally until City Cave moved into in Gladesville. A VERY welcome addition. Staff are very accomodating and knowledgeable. I use the infrared sauna for heat acclimatisation for races in hot climates and the float for parasympathetic nervous system support. I note that the City Cave Floats are open (not in pod) and are much more relaxing. I recommend anyone with joint, muscle or arthritic pain to use the City Cave Float. It has easy access for people who are incapacitated (including elderly parents). Thank you and I can't wait for my next session.

Whether I’m alone or with my partner, City Cave is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the week. I especially love the relaxation zone before hitting the sauna or float. The staff are lovely and the venue is always clean. We can’t get enough of this place!

Highly recommend City Cave at Gladesville! Beautiful facilities, which are always spotlessly clean and very relaxing. The infra red sauna and float are excellent. The team are welcoming and helpful. I have moved out of the area but still make the trip here as the overall experience is fantastic.
