Top service here, pickup from Hoppers Crossing Vic Friday afternoon, delivered to my door late morning Monday. Large item delivered undamaged in full before forecast delivery date. Nathan the driver did an outstanding job getting my item inside and took the skid with him. Well done and Cheers!

2 out of 2 freight deliveries have been terrible. First one was damaged, second one was delivered this morning but to another unknown address and now they are trying to get in contact with driver and find it. They want me to call back and follow up in a couple of hours (when I said I am unable to as I am at work), when they should be following up with me with some answers and my delivery. Lady I lodged issue with this morning was rude, unhelpful and kept trying to shift blame onto me for why the delivery was delivered to different address. Ridiculous, 10/10 would not recommend - stay away if you want your products to stay intact and delivered to right location

Specifically stated on delivery instructions that if no one home leave in designated spot near switchboard. Of course, they've left a card and now I'll have to go to depot, FFS.Guys at depot very helpful, no hassles picking up package.

Customer service lady is doing a top job. I called to complain about 3rd time delivery attept. It was good to speak to someone who seemed experienced with right contacts, she listens and provides solution. Issue was resolved on the day. It was a first time delivery error in the past 5 mths for my shop and I'm hoping this doesn't happen again. Although she probably gets a lot of similar calls everyday she handles the situation very well. Thanks again.

Would NOT recommend using this company for conducting your business. After paying for express shipping, and receiving multiple updates from this company that my package was on the way, today, with no effort to contact me, or simply taking it to a post office, I'm told that my package couldn't not be delivered, with no reason (they listed my address correctly. Now it's on it's way back to the sender. Thanks for nothing guys, no effort was made to contact me, just too bad. What, should I buy again and have it happen again? Useless.

Worst service ever, made a complaint as parcel never arrived on time and nothing updated online. Parcel missing was told they are investigating and will email me with news. No email contact days later still under investigation but parcel has now been checked in at depot 15 mins away. Can’t give a time frame on when will be delivered or where to collect once again told they will email. If you’re looking for communication and updates don’t bother with this company.

One of the worst shipping companies in Australia.(Are there any good transport companies in Australia? I haven't come across them yet.)Since everything is so perfect, they also put a CAPTCHA for web tracking. Other sites cannot access their track information. What is your fear? It is impossible to hide your disorder and incompetence.No one from these companies is held accountable by law.They also act as they want.Customers no longer have the right to complain.Companies make us accept that they have no responsibility with Terms and Conditions" written in light gray smallest fonts.We accept it completely without knowing it

After a stressful time, I was tracking my son gaming desk and chair.This wonderful courier from Direct Freight has just NOW delivered our sons gaming desk and chair .The reason i gave this lovely young man 5 stars. He went above and beyond and brought the packages up to my apartment.This was his second attempt of delivering these items.Thankyou so very much

Just reminder guys, If you want to collect your parcel, the gate is at platinum st.If you do not want your goods to be sent back to the depot, you should choose ATL, authority to leave.As a person who once worked for a courier, hundreds of packages go to a suburb every day.Please think about those working class man.By the way, very good service, good job guys.
