Always is busy but I did not wait luckily yesterday.I had pedicure, toe nail shellac, manicure and nail shellac. I paid $80 in cash.. but I remember when I went a few weeks ago, it was $35 in cash for manicure and nail shellac..I was confused so I didn't ask about it.. but seems like always charged different price.. I think I need to ask price first next time or I prefer they mention price before start.I understand their job is tough and always busy there, appreciated to have quick one.But also I hope they charge correct price.Thank you.

I’d give this business a 0 if I could. My nails were coming off the day after I had them done. I went back and the lady told me she should have used more glue on the tip. I had them removed and the manager told me that they have 0 refunds and that there was enough glue and my nails were fine? The manager was so rude and the nails were the poorest quality. Nails look like a club nail.

Had a full set of acrylic nails with shellac- horrible job. Nails uneven and too short. Nail technician rushed the job, cut corners and jumped between me and other clients. They were clearly too busy and should have been turning clients away rather than trying to do us all and doing a rubbish job (that they still charged full price for) suggest people go to one of the other three salons at West Kakes before using this one ☹️☹️

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went a year ago but waited 20+ minutes after they said they can do the nails, just for refills so I left. Went back today because my usual was busy and I just needed my acrylics removed. Took 30 minutes in foil after waiting 15 minutes to get them on. Then HE files down my nails so much part of my nails are so sensitive to the touch. Didnt remove properly. They don’t know but I have my qualification in nails and my own nail business and this place is absolutely shocking !!!

got my acrylics taken off and a manicure done with clear nail polish, i still have white nail polish left on my nails (from previous set) and they were not filed properly at all, the clear nail polish has just left air bubbles all over my nails. i’ve just had one nail rip and the others are very uneven. honestly not impressed and it’s been 30 mins since i left. whilst I was there I also witnessed about 5 other ladies get over charged whilst others got discounted. the lady stopped my nails so I could pay before the service was even done?! if you love your nails PLEASE DO NOT come here!! they only care about taking your money.

Nails were not stuck on properly so started lifting. Went back to get them removed and was told no refunds. Rude employees and manager. Dont use this company!!!

went to go get SNS nails and truly disappointing. they painted the sns on with a paint brush as if it was acrylic. i said no i don’t think that’s sns and they said it’s sns every place does sns different… i thought ok .. but the bottle of product they were using says acrylic not sns.. hmm they left me waiting in foils and acetone for about 45 mins and when finally it was my turn they rushed it and hurt me several times because my fingers were tender by that time. when they eventually finished the shaping was off and my nails felt rough so they rebuffed me and finished with shellac (by the way my usual lady always finishes me with shellac) then came to pay.. and she had the audacity to charge me extra for the shellac. worst experience i’ve had in a long time. never going back they were so bloody rude about it too .PS i never do this review thing .. it’s so not me to do this but i had to say something as it was truly disgusting customer service

Just got a pedicure done and was super surprised when they brought out what looked like a cheese grater to exfoliate my feet. It took a good bit of my heel and my feet feel like they haven't been exfoliated at all. All in all the experience was only 15 minutes and a waste of money. I don't like to hate on a business but I definitely don't recommend going here if you want to have baby smooth feet.
