Quiet appalling service. Thought to give this place a go as we tend to get charcoal chicken from awafi and el jannah. Google said the shop closes at 9pm. It is a Saturday night. It was 7 pm we decided to drive there. It was freezing cold. We wanted to buy the family deal that was $39. We wanted a salad. They said there was no tabouli left, that's fine, asked what salad was available she goes on to say none as they are closing at 8. At that price of $39 i expect a salad. not recylced pickles that dine in customers don't eat (I've seen this happen before in lebanese restaurants) my husband brought to my attention that they had all the ingredients on display to offer a salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion. The fact that wasn't offered and a statement that they don't like wasting food. This irritated my husband which made me realise that was really poor service. This is what led me to do a review. I'm not sure who their customer demographic are and why would anyone support a business that go as far as not wanting to whip us a salad that is already cut up for the wraps is hard to understand. We ended up at el jannah that saved another late cold night.

Slow customer service and the food can be hit or miss. Somethings are really nice like the fried chicken while the lamb is always dry.

Very disappointing experience. No customer service .. charged to sit $2 to a dirty table. male cashier charged me for 3 meals. When I revised the pricing and I was over charged he was clearly annoyed with this.

Excellent service and burgers!! The owner let me try half a wagyu beef burger for free which was awesome!! Then I got the chicken burger meal which hectic !! Would go back again

Sydney’s juiciest charcoal chicken.Lovely owners and staff are very friendly. Great menu range and parking available as well. Highly recommended.

Good bird, but you have to wait 40 minutes for it.Terrible SaladsChips are goodGarlic used to be the best, now is horrid.The Owners and workers use the same glove/hand to handle food and move straight back to taking orders and handling money.To the owner: Get the small things right, see what you can do with your ever creeping prices and we will keep coming back, I have already started driving to Liverpool Eljannah when I have an extra 5 mins, and soon you have frangos opening up the road.

Greate services, one of the best fried chicken to be had, fresh , hygienic,crispy and light..We tried their Charcoal Chicken too It was absolutely great ,on par if not better than the big guns..garlic sauce is to die for..

Always has great food, the restraunt is always in a clean and top class condition and the owner is always happy and polite to everyone. He is passionate and loves what he does and you . 5 stars all round.
