Buyer beware. After waiting 12 months for my remaining 2 dining chairs of my set of 8 purchased, I was supplied the wrong colour. It took almost 4 weeks before I received what I thought were the misplaced chairs from my order. But I was supplied hand painted chairs which did not match the rest of the set. The owner refuses to return and refund the order and I am going to court.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSStaff are lovely though the quality is not good. After purchasing two MOLMIC sofas they arrived with crooked legs and less feather fill than displayed in showroom. Then one of the legs collapsed as the gram was faulty. After much chasing they finally sent new cushions and someone to repair the frame with ‘glue and a staple gun’The seat cushions are also not as per fill displayed in showroom. All I get from Kenz and Molmic is the run around with nobody taking ownership and a whole bunch of emails that are filled with platitudes. They have basically offered to provide bits and pieces to ‘patch up’ the faulty sofas.Avoid Kenz and MOLMIC . Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Im now having to take Thai up with consumer affairs.

I got a table, a tv cupboard, a coffee table and a sideboard buffet from Kenz. The sales team and deliver team were great and helped me a lot.My score is based on the customer service that was not great.I had an issue with the table, a small crack, it took over 70 days to be solved.

Customer service is appalling - have been waiting over 6 months for delivery of a table.Dec 2022 - table orderedApril 2023 - damaged table delivered - I said I didn’t want to accept the table as it was delivered due to damage. Table was to be picked up the next day - it hasn’t been andJune 2023 - still waiting for a delivery date for an undamaged table.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a tv unit for $2300 from Kenz Designs and it arrived damaged. When I contacted them about the damage, they did not even apologise and just tried to blame the transit company (not my issue) and told me they have no additional stock but would give me a 10% discount (completely unsatisfactory given the tv unit has a huge chip right on the front of it). I responded saying I wanted a replacement unit or a 40% discount given how severe the damage is and now they are not responding to me. I would not purchase from this company.

Do not purchase from this company. Would not recommend. Actually getting my item has been a horrendous experience. Due to the abhorrent customer experience I asked for a refund of just the freight charge, Kenz Designs suggested I pursue the courier company directly. Not worth the stress and inconvenience. Will not be purchasing from there ever again.

I do not recommend purchasing any furniture online with this company.When I purchased a desk online for $1590 plus $220 shipping, paid in full, after several days they requested I pay an additional $484 for shipping, erroneously claiming their website lists shipping costs are Sydney metro only and that I needed to pay more due to my location being outside of Sydney, that is despite my address being provided at the time of sale to calculate shipping costs via the website. I made several attempts to resolve this, receiving no response to two emails and ended up calling their showroom several times. On each occasion I called, I was asked to send an email to the company’s generic email address as the person couldn't help me. In the end, the company cancelled my order without contacting me and refunded the fee I paid.This company needs to improve their shipping cost functionality on their website if they want to compete in online sales. Asking to charge additional fees after already processing an order is extremely frustrating for the customer and removes the ability for the customer to compare costs at the time of sale.I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company and their communication.It is further apparent from reading google reviews of this company they have had many customer issues overtime to which they offer a generic response. I only wish I had read these reviews.

Do not recommend. The shop is excellent at selling their products but when it comes to delivery, it’s a complete mess. No communication or follow through. When things go wrong, the professionalism and accountability is terrible. Small issues, which should be easy to resolve, will drag on for months until you give up.
