Good service. The team made some mistakes printing my designs but the fixed all this within their warranty and hot the job done... Just to poke a few more days than originally planned but pretty happy with the outcome.

Received a quote for decals and asked to accept a booking and date to apply. Specifically negotiated cost and told no extra cost for design simply to add contact details under a logo. Last minute another person called up to say there would be an extra cost for this and told the job wont go ahead unless I agree to extra. Just poor service in a service orientated world.

Awesome job, Custom graphics helped us with our 4 trucks and they did in less than a week and provided such a good quality service! Thanks for your help boys!

Had my rims powder coated (Wheel Respray) - no problems with them, they look good. However, customer service is absolutely terrible. When booking the car in I was VERY clear I needed the car back by Friday if I dropped off Monday 8am. I was assured it would be only a 3-4 day process and definitely ready by Friday. Rang them on the Wednesday after dropping off the car to again confirm pick up on Friday - confirmed good to go. Arrived Friday to pick up, no one there except junior staff who could only tell me that it wasn't ready and the manager was not there that day. They called their manager 'Max' who apparently said the same thing . I tried to call Max myself but calls were ignored three times. I ended up picking the car up 7 days after dropping it off and the reason this was so upsetting was because it was my 30th birthday that Friday and I needed the car to travel out of town. I was unable to enjoy my birthday present on my birthday despite doing everything I could to make it clear I must have it back by then! I also spent $60 on taxis getting to and from the shop for no reason. When I requested this be removed from my bill I was told no and that it was in their policy. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!

Would choose 6 star if I could. They have done over 50 vans for me. Only 1 problem and was fixed in 24 hrs.

Incredible work from these guys on signage installation out the front of my shop. It took quite a while, and I had to close up for the day, but they were professional, and they even tidied up after themselves. Really professional!

Jim's Cleaning Sydney North and West have been doing business with the guys at Custom Graphics for 5 years and had dozens of vehicles wrapped with the Jim's Cleaning graphics. Great communication, prompt service and quality workmanship continues to have us going back for more!

The team at Custom Graphics were very helpful and patient getting the design right for the wrap on my vehicle. All done at the right price and done in good time. I recommend these guys if you need a vehicle wrap.

Hi - I've had 2 of my cars wrapped and am going to get a third- I misplaced their number and so went to the internet to find them again and accidentally clicked reviews. I was shocked by some of the petty minded ( lady with baby who couldn't control herself or child when faced with craftsmanship that extended her day !!) and obvious shills trying to undermine these outstanding artisans. With both my cars I was amazed by the results- I trusted their advice and the impact was outstanding. I was stopped at red lights by people wanting to know where I had my car wrapped. When I parked, I inevitably had people at my car politely waiting till I returned to ask the same. I don't write reviews but felt indignation at the way the craftsmen at PROvinyl have been slandered by obvious agendas. One of my cars was wrapped over 5 years ago and I recently sold it at a profit to which I attribute the brilliant wrapping. I am a longstanding extremely happy client and understand with age and wisdom you get what you pay for and you have patience with the artisan ( yes this is much more than a factory churn out production line procedure). I just needed to tell of my experience which was professional, tailored and added value to my cars, and I couldn't be happier or have made a better investment.
