Lovely staff and great service. I did the glycolic facial treatment and my skin was so much brighter and clean immediately after. I felt soooo relaxed afterwards too. Highly reccommend.

I had a massage and facial with Holly and she was absolutely amazing and highly professional at all times! The room itself was pleasant to be in and all linen was washed and clean. I never once felt rushed and left feeling absolutely relaxed!Will definitely be coming back again!(Note that the spa is under new management and this review pertains to the new management)

When you walk into Aqua Vitae day spa, you immediately feel your troubles melt away. Mel has created a beautiful, relaxing space and the staff are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Aqua Vitae to spoil yourself or loved ones. It’s a little Oasis.

Based on my observations, I recommend avoiding this spa as it does not meet basic standards of hygiene and cleanliness. In addition, the company has a reputation for prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. It may also be worth noting that the facility appears outdated and gloomy. I noticed a lack of camaraderie among the team, which may be indicative of poor workplace culture. Please exercise caution before considering this establishment.

Had the best day spa experience of my life here over a month ago. Every component was beautiful. Cannot wait to go back.

I love my facials with Galina. She is an incredible therapist and makes my skin glow. Being in my 30s and worrying about the impact the sun has had on my face (as well as dealing with the natural process of aging - without injectables!), Galina has helped me create a skin care routine that's simple, reasonably priced and has noticeably improved my pigmentation/signs of wrinkles and gives my skin a healthy look every day. She's also made me see that nothing happens overnight and there are no quick fixes which has stopped me on the never ending search for youth in a bottle! You just have to keep taking care of yourself.I've experienced therapists who push products on me but I've never felt awkward about this at the Garden Spa - I feel they are more about offering effective treatments and a good service over pushing me to buy products. I really like that.I've been visiting the spa for close to a year and don't have one thing negative to say about the service. All staff are warm and polite, the salon is clean, fresh and well kept and the price list is reasonable (compared to the other places I've tried in Sydney). I always walk away feeling great. Definitely recommend this salon.
