Purchased a disability car seat for my daughter for $7800. Product was faulty and not installed correctly. When I called Anthony to advise him after 3 days he hung up and refused to answer calls. He offered no solution. He was advised the car was required for medical emergencies and still no reply. I was forced to call manufacturer who immediately hopped on a plane to fix the issue. Step ahead - Anthony - has zero product knowledge, zero customer service, zero ethics. Beware!

The sales manager Anthony is very easy to deal with and was able to bring a stroller I was interested in to my home for me to see.After placing orders Anthony was very good at keeping me informed and I would happily use this company in the future
