Without telling me, this owner/repair man THREW MY SEWING MACHINE AWAY. I took my Husqvarna sewing machine to be repaired in July 2014 thinking it was the foot control that had failed. After months of calling, they finally told me a 'board' had to go to Sydney to be 'swapped'. I OK'd it. In December they phoned and said I needed to ship the machine to Sydney for a further $150 on top of the $200 they were charging for the 'swap'. I said NO

Great service from James and Margaret. I would certainly trust James with servicing my sewing machines on a regular basis. He is extremely knowledgeable about the workings of Janome and Bernina machines and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you
