Cucina Italiana Cooking School

I recently attended this cooking school and was very impressed by the experience! The instructor, Juliana, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Italian cuisine, and the hands-on cooking experience was both fun and informative. The recipes were authentic and delicious. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn how to cook authentic Italian dishes.

A cooking school well done. Had a great experience for 4 hours. Started off by learning to make pasta dough which was then made into tagliatelle and ravioli. We then learned how to make risotto. We then made pesto pasta from our tagliatelle. Then came ravioli in sugo. Afterwards we learned how to make chicken scallopine. Lastly we learned to make semifreddo. Instructor and staff was clear, friendly and very patient. The food tasted amazing, and there was plenty to eat, trust me you will feel very full. Food is eaten in segments not all together. Red and white wine is provided as part of the package. In terms of “cooking” you don’t really do much, besides the pasta itself and frying chicken, it’s more watching the instructor. If you are after a more hands on experience you’ll need to see other options they have. They are accomodating to allergies including gluten and dairy. Highly recommended and engaging.
