Mimco Chadstone

Went in to get a gift, there was only one other customer in store and 4 staff members yet i was not greeted by any of them because they were too busy standing on the side chatting to each other even though they saw me. The only person who was actually doing any work was the person behind the counter. They all literally just stared at me as I stood there looking at the items. Appalling customer service. Was going to offer a $50 tip to whoever actually came up and served me properly first but no one did :)

Staff members who work here have been extremely rude and patronising towards me on multiple occasions. They have a superiority complex, and blame customers for their own mistakes. I will not be returning here again. It’s a shame because I love Mimco products. I would recommend for customers to shop for Mimco items at David Jones instead, the staff members there are much kinder and welcoming.

Very expensive store. They give you birthday gift card of $10 though which is sweet but you can’t use it as everything good starts at higher ranges.

Please update your trading hours. I thought the place was closed at 5:30pm as stated here so I came on Tuesday at 5:10pm. I saw two staff members one was cleaning and the other doing paper work. I came here for a click and collect and I knocked on their door as it was locked to which they saw me and insist they closed when honestly a click and collect takes a couple of minutes. The shop shouldn't close before the trading hours stated. Disappointing customer service.

You need to be very selective when buying from mimco the products quality vary from item to item. Some jewelry is ok but some can be cheap rubbish and the same goes for the accessories eg. Handbags etc. Terrible store layout also.

I go there today in the morning actually early before they open and I waited outside and they open the door to me, and I was in rush because I need to leave the states in an hour, but I need to buy lots of gift for my family besides I was in rush, I have a little one coming with me he is 1,5yo and he is a bit temper tantrums so I was in very very rush but this lady her name is Zahra she is helping me and extremely kind and fast and clear so I was be able to shop in about 7-10min with about 6 items that I bought I’m so very happy, thank you to Zahra!!!

I bought a lovely small bag today and I was impressed by the range as they have many sizes and colour variations and branding is discreet which I prefer.Wonderful service by Sarah (I’m pretty sure) she did a lovely job helping me find everything I need. Thank you Mimco Chadstone

Nice staff and heaps of luxury bags can be found inside. The interior is awesome.

Thank you Christina, employee #4139 for taking advantage of my elderly aunt who came into store to buy some earrings as a gift for her niece. She asked if the earrings could be exchanged if her niece did not like them. Not only did you confirm to her that they could be exchanged but you also put the receipt in a black Mimco envelope for her niece to bring in, if she wanted to exchange the earrings. Her niece did come to store to exchange the earrings but was declined, indicating that the elderly aunt should have read the T&C's.Honesty from a Mimco employee is obviously to much to ask when my aunt asked Christina, if earrings could be exchanged. Your commission on the sale was more important than then telling a pensioner that earrings could not be exchanged.PENSIONERS AND SENIORS BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE. MIMCO STAFF WILL LIE SO AS TO GET THE SALE!
