Usually good service. Food in the warmer is sometimes old and I don't believe they rotate the food after the holding time is up. Once was charged for a different car's fuel and they fixed it up pretty easy, but the man on the register was very rude about it even though he was the one who put the wrong number in, even after verifying which car was mine.

Me and my partner filled up the other day. Went too work. Come out after work and car would not start. Left stranded on the side of the road on a 33c day. Put our car into the mechanics and after tow fees and 100s of extra dollars spent. Have been told it was poor quality petrol that caused the problem. This servo might be the closest to where I live. But I will never fill up here again and I won't recommend it to my family or visitors in future. I wont be using 711 again at my local or anywhere else in Australia.

711 mt Gravatt east was the best I ever tried excellent coffee comes from the machine and nice and delicious and smokes are excellent price and great specials 3 for $11 save $10 staff friendly and staff and the manager could not do enough to help me out the app is great visit 7 times I get a free coffee excellent velocity points too I got no fault of this place

This store has gone downhill recently, they seemed to have a complete change of staff a couple of months ago. It's just very dirty these days. Went in there twice yesterday, once at 6am, one at 4pm. Both times the floor was smelly same sticky, could feel my shoes sticking to it. Coffee machines were filthy. I don't mind this normally, but it seems fairly normal for this store now, will be avoiding from now on.

Yesterday August 14, after topping up fuel $49.95 i went to the counter a lady named Jazz (Later i saw her name tag) was there, there was no Hi-Hello, she said its $65!!! I said i think you got it wrong' and she double checked it and it was $49.95! Thats not the big issue but most annoying things was she didnt bother to say sorry about it!!! So pathetic servicing and she asked me for receipt 3 times and i said yes plz yes plz yes plz!!!

My Son will NOT let me get doughnuts from this 7 Eleven any more because he says they're always stale. This is also one of the dirtier stores so it DOES concern me that he has never complained about any Krispy Kremes other than when we come here.The staff are usually on their phone and do not greet us or say goodbye, sometimes I'm lucky to get a smile. There's plenty of young kids like my son who are desperately looking for work and it's a bit insulting to walk in there and see such poor effort and attitude...

This store use to be good, pleasant staff always nice to you. Now today, the guy that served me lve incounted him a couple of times, he's a pig,full of hatred, my advice to the store is get rid of him

Cigarette prices are way off. 25 pack for $35.95 which is pretty standard. 30 pk same brand same type $51.95.... Randomly closes in the middle of the night for an hour or so, some staff are great others are completely rude and dont have a clue.
