Had an excellent dental experience with Dr Sowmya. Very thorough and gentle. I'm usually too anxious to go to the dentist, but the staff at Blackburn were very welcoming. Finally found a dentist I can trust! Thank you again!!

A visit to the Dentist is not my favourite thing to do, I have had many painful experiences over many years.It was a thrill to experience an examination and a clean done by hand , as I have very sensitive teeth , I was surprised and thrilled, NO PAIN, a wonderful stress free confidence builder.A very warm and friendly surgery. Blackburn Clinic Dental Centre go above and beyond to deliver a comforting dental experience, from the friendly, caring staff checking you in at the front desk, to the kind and professional care delivered in the dental chair. I would highly recommend Rachel, she did a fantastic job of my fillings with minimal discomfort and fuss.

I don't trust my teeth with anyone else but Dr Sowmya. She's patient and gentle and provides excellent service every time. I have referred my whole family who agree that her treatment of their teeth and gums is unmatched to any dentist they've experienced. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from this dental surgery today. Both the dentist (Dr Andrea) nurse Emma are professional and personable. The treatment options were explained clearly and calmly. I am a nervous patient but found this as pleasant an experience as I have had at the dentist! Nice clean modern surgery was nice too. Easy to park and surrounded by lovely green trees. Thank you!

Dr Sowmya Sastry is the best dentist in house!! My teeth comes out shiny clean when I go for a cleaning session. Make sure you try her out when going for a clean.

I have just left my root canal appointment by Dr. Andrea Manly and may I just say, my god I enjoy going to the dentist now because of that woman and the amazing team here at Blackburn Clinic. I fell asleep during my session and not once in my life has that ever happened, true story. Imagine this: you’re sitting on that dental chair, relaxing music is playing and you have a view of the trees swaying by the wind.. plus to top it off, Dr. Andrea is impeccable at what she does and always asks if you’re okay during the procedure. She has a very calming nature about her and she is so lovely.The toothache I originally presented with has gone to God. Sayonara. Adios.So if you’re still wondering wether this is the right place for you? LOOK NO FURTHER.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the last 2 treatment I received, however I will concentrate of my recent visit.I informed the female dentist that I have mental health issues, specifically PTSD and severe anxiety. Despite this, the dentist did not ask for my opinion or input regarding treatment plan , but instead consulted with my husband. ( Previous male dentist acted exactly the same, consulted my husband instead of myself)Furthermore, today I felt she spoke down to me, did not take my concerns seriously. Her tone and demeanor were dismissive and belittling, which only served to further trigger my already severe anxiety.I expect to be treated with respect and consideration, especially given my disclosed mental health concerns. Your actions were unprofessional and unacceptable. I am disappointed that my visit to your practice was so negative and traumatic.I hope that in the future you will take time to listen and consider concerns of your patients, regardless of their mental health status.My suggestion is trauma informed training, because this is not an acceptable way of treating clients. Were no longer in the 1950.

Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and team at Blackburn Clinic Dental Centre! Friendly and caring staff who go above and beyond for your comfort. I have a severe fear of going to the dentist, and right from the very first appointment, my family and I were greeted with genuine warmth and understanding. The dentist explained everything clearly and frequently checked on me to make sure I was ok throughout the appointment. Felt very relaxed and at ease. The kids loved their dental visit and also thoroughly enjoyed some Netflix on the TV!
