I highly recommend Ash at Evo Prime Fitness. I have been going to her healthy mummy classes for a couple of months after having 2 big babies 18 months apart. I was previously fit and active but was left feeling a bit broken. Her extensive knowledge of physiology and rehabilitation is helping me recover and regain strength and fitness without injury. I get a great workout in her classes and she has taught me how to mindfully move to strengthen and protect my pelvic and core regions, which I now apply in everyday movement and other excercise activities. She is super friendly, genuinely cares about people and takes the time to make adjustments for everyone's abilities and injuries whilst pushing you to see results. For me this has been much more effective than the physiotherapy I had after my first baby, at a fraction of the cost. It is also a great space to workout with the baby alongside me and to chat to other mummas.

Great experience with the team at EvoPrime Fitness! They are passionate about helping their clients live a healthy lifestyle and provide them with the tools to continually adapt health and fitness to suit your needs. Can't recommend enough.
