The property inspection guy has a plank in his eye. These guys broker the property lease between goverment subsidised housing and the wealthy money grabbing property investor. I pass property inspection by the gov agent no problems, when these guys inspected the they fail me on trivial matters like 2 extra screws in the wall , defective lights that require replacment/not just light bulb, they defected me on how i utilise under house space where I stow a kyak and surfboard. Maintenance issues of rusted out down pipes and a fence that has been fallen over for over 2 years does not seem to bother them.

I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years and ID like to tell you all that Jonathan from Gosford key2 real estate is an absolute champion he looks after my rental property with such care and enthusiasm and goes beyond every time he also has great enthusiasm for my tenant I highly recommend Jonathan and key2 real estate to everybody

I applied for a rental property and was advised to apply and if my application was approved they'd organise an inspection. They contacted a week and a half later to advise I was invited to inspect the property. The agent didn't show up to this inspection and I went through the property with the property maintenance person who said they'd pass on my details. I then emailed advising that I had inspected the property only to hear back from the agent a week later they would contact me when the application was processed. Now I'm here 2 weeks later with no contact from the agent and no replies to my emails. I understand there has been flooding issues however this is very unprofessional.

Reception staff was not responding to the customer waiting outside with the door locked.

They were very thorough in helping me, they went over and above what was required.
