Willy's Fish & Burgers

Bought a burger for a bloke down on his luck with a sign out the front of the shop indicating he was homeless. I ordered my burger then walked to the Cafe to get a coffee. When I returned the wrinkly, caked up, troglodyte woman who I assume owns the place couldn't help but give her strong opinion on the homeless and how they're all cons and crack addicts. I was going to get myself lunch after I sorted out my first order but I will never step foot in that shop again absolutely disgusting and degrading behaviour from the staff.

Gave this place another shot after the change in management. Pleasently supprisd with the food and service was much better.

Had a hamburger lot and chips cooked well and service was great

This is the third and last time I am going there. The service everyone was horrendous. All three times I was the only customer in store and there was no one at the front serving. There were two young kids in the store. One was filling the drinks fridge the other was on his phone. I had to wait for 4 minutes either of them could acknowledge me. This has happened in the the previous two occasions. I always support our local community but this poor service does not deserve respect. Paid hard earned 15 dollars for a battered fish burger. Had one bite and had to throw it away. I work in retail . Times are tough but the poor attitude of those two kids is despicable. If I was the owner I would question why they are employed. Just looking at the other reviews I realized it's a general opinion. The management has issues because of the number of negative reviews. This place is a joke. I don't think they respect themselves to respect others. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Say's it's closes at 8pm. Just attended at 7:15pm and was told things in window is all they had left. Completely refused to cook anything..

Came in last night to get 2 crumbed fish 2 savs and a $6 chips the fish was far from cooked it smelt like it was off the savs felt rock hard as if they sat there all day and my kids couldn’t not eat the chips they were terrible (WHERE IS THE OLD MANAGEMENT!!)

Management change had me try this place again tonight after a hiatus. Beautiful food and wonderful customer service.

Open longer hours than my local take away. Scallops not as crunchy as the ones I normally get and they must use different herbs and spices in their meat patty. All in all it was ok.

highly disappointed I bought a chickenburger. It was raw waited 30 minutes for uncooked junk. upon waiting I saw two teenagers Vaping freely in the shop as I think the boss of the shop was watching them wouldn’t bother coming back here. Customer service is disgusting. Save you money.
