The chicken itself is amazing. The service is terrible. I’m at a loss for words, when you go to a chicken shop, to buy chicken, and they seem to never have any ready. This has occurred nearly every time we have been there. Not sure how they would make a profit.

Best chicken rolls and toasted chicken panini I’ve ever had! And with Belgian beers… and a brundlmayer! Wow, loved it! Been three times now this week for rolls and once for takeaway!

Unfortunately does not live up to quality regarding the pricing. I got the jalapeño baguette which was just a hard to bite role with lettuce and chicken with no flavour. The whole idea is great and so is the concept but the flavour and the the pricing just don’t match. I would suggest you guys do your ground work when it comes to chicken shops and what the quality of using authentic garlic sauce, herbs and spices would do for your business. There room for growth here and I can guarantee yous guys would sell out every day if you made it work.

We stopped for an early lunch at Bird.The charcoal chicken is excellent as were the choices of side salads. The potato salad was amazing. The children had the chicken soup and it was a nourishing and delicious serve. We also had the famous finger sandwiches and we can see why they are so beloved. Bird is located on the shady side of the street so if you are looking for a spot to get out of the sun and have a nutritious and delicious meal, Bird is it.We will be back!Thank you

A modern take on a classic. With staff that were down to earth and welcoming, this chic chicken shop takes an Aussie icon and turns it into something special. Simple food that is very well executed.

We ordered a whole chicken for $35. The chicken was well cooked but the flavour did not transfer through to the meat. It was only on the skin of the chicken. It’s very similar to woolies roast chicken but a lot more expensive. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff as it was just a quick transaction so cannot really give review on it. All in all, we’ll not buy a whole chicken again from here. We’ll probably try the sandwiches or the rolls though. We’ll let you know how we go.

Pretty dissapointing lunch option. I was hoping for some salad on my baguette but as you can see the coleslaw is hardly anywhere to be seen. I like the concept but delivery needs attention. The baguette tastes like it is 5 days old and the chicken doesn't have much taste.

My go to lunch spot. The baguettes are amazing - stuffed to the brim with fresh chicken, delicious sauces and toppings. Love that they cook their chickens fresh rather than sitting for hours like the supermarkets. Charcoal flavor is to die for. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Bird is definitely the word!

Chicken and gravy roll was delicious, the sour dough baguettes are perfect. Super friendly and helpful staff!
