I was poorly treated (to say the least) by the Administration Manager today 1/11/2017 while chasing for an order delivery status over the phone when she failed to confirm if the door frames were manufactured or not. Failing to deliver door frames to a job site incurs in massive operational cost as nowadays all buildings are constructed on a tight program. Today 5 frame installers were seating on site for 8 hours at my cost because Pro Industries could not keep up with their promises.
