We have just had a herringbone floor installed in our lounge/ dining area by the Havwood team .From first day we visited the King St Showroom until the day of the final check of the job , we have had nothing but a very positive experience.We were exremely pleased with the level of communication offered by staff at Havwoods, from sales/administration ( Tiffani and Katelyn) to tradesmen ( Shane and Ben ). The work schedule and appoinments were outlined in detail and adhered to . We were notified well in advance of any small changes that needed to be made . Prompt and professional levels of communication were a big plus for us.Our flooring is beautiful.The quality of the product itself is in no doubt , but the skill of the tradesman , his attention to detail and pride in the workmanship, left us in no doubt we were going to be very pleased with the final result.We were recommended to see Havwoods during our search for flooring. We installed new Ryde Herringbone Rustic European Oak flooring in our home, purchased from Havwoods Newcastle and had a perfect experience. Kari was a pleasure to work with - she gave me advice on timber floors selection, answered all my questions, and responded to my emails super quickly! She provided all the necessary information needed for the installation. Kari linked me with an installer, and was able to get an installation appointment schedule within a week. The installers were great - super professional, worked quickly, and did a great job. I love my new Ryde Herringbone Rustic European Oak parquet!

We needed boards of a particular thickness and found Havwoods had several options to choose from. Tiffani was very helpful with colour choice, samples and advice.

I started the process of looking for good quality flooring a couple of years ago. Laying solid timber Herringbone floors was not an option as it was out of our budget. My brother-in-law owns a flooring business in WA and he recommended Havwoods engineered flooring as an excellent quality, cost effective product.I went to my local Havwoods in Newcastle, where Tiffani-Lee listened to me and helped me with my selection. She was patient, knew all the products and was able to answer my many questions with a smile on her face.The process was a pleasure from beginning to end...just what you want when making a big decision that you have to live with for a long time. At a time when Covid saw an increase in demand for their products, Tiffani-Lee was able to secure my order, arrange storage for many months and have them delivered when I needed them.The Sydney office checked in with me to see when they could schedule delivery and at no time did I have to chase them.When it came time to lay the flooring, I realised I hadn't ordered enough as we had made a change to our plans and decided to remove the carpet from a room so we could have a seamless flow through the house. I called Tiff, and she remembered me! I was able to order more quickly and efficiently, so they were here in time!The floors are laid, look amazing and I'm the envy of all my friends! I couldn't be happier with the quality of Havwoods products and customer service.

We had a whole house re-floored by Tiffani and the crew at Havwoods and the final result is stunning! Tiffani was so helpful as we chose what flooring suited our needs, placing our order, delivery, guiding us to her recommended installer and generally making it happen!
