Everybody should be using keepcups! They're great! Feels good in the hand and lovely to drink from. My favourite is the double insulated steel cup. Keeps my coffee hot for longer when I'm on the road and fits nicely in my cup holder. The glass keepcup also looks super nice and I love the feel of the cork band.

I rocked up without an appointment because I wanted to buy a cup instore (to avoid delivery fee)I was attended by an employee, which I don't believe is a receptionist. He's super friendly and understands his products well.They have a display of their products and also glad to have a 2 hour free off-street parking.

Very proud of this Melbourne company and great to be stocking them at Pookipoiga too. Apart from supporting grass roots organisations like Sea Shepard, they also support 1% for the planet (those are just a bonus!) .

Smashed my old brew long-play keep cup this morning with freshly made coffee in it so bad start to the day. Dropped into their office in Clifton Hill gave them some feedback on another keepcup we had they listened they were grateful for the feedback and helped me out with a new coffee cup for both my wife and IGREAT SERVICE GREAT TEAM GREAT EXPERIENCE WELL DONE KEEP CUP

Bought one and was using it for just about 6 months. I accidentally dropped no less than 2cm onto my keyboard, and it just shattered. Luckily there was no liquid in it. But you can just tell how terrible the quality of the cup is, I was stunned. Spent the next 5 minutes cleaning up the mess.I ended up buying a different brand after the mishap. The email customer support to let them know what happened and they weren’t supportive at all.Do not recommend.

Worst product I have ever purchasedMy wife and I bought 2 keep cups and they keep leaking the coffee all over my hands and especially my cloths.I thought we were just unlikely to get defect products but today I received another keepcup as a gift and guess what it also keeps leaking coffeeHow can you fail designing a simple product as this

Really excellent staff and so helpful. Ask for Sarah Jane she was excellent helping us choose colors and explained perfectly the different cups without her I would have chosen the wrong kid for a straw.

It's cool visiting a head office to buy something like this. The lovely person who served me was helpful and informative. I had my last one for 7 years and I can't remember anything else I have owned lasting that long. Great product. Great staff. A great example of how things should be done.

All good until the day it starts leaking and doesn't stop. This is a core competency of a product that ironically, is designed to retain liquid. My colleagues have exactly the same issues.
