Absolutely THRILLED with the stunning bouquet Imogen created for our wedding ceremony. I sent a Pinterest board with the kind of style I was looking for and the color scheme I wanted ahead of time. I could not have asked for a more beautiful bouquet!I had to plan the majority of the event from overseas but Imogen replied promptly and clearly through emails and was extremely helpful. It left me at ease knowing the bouquet was in great hands prior to the event and the end result was phenomenal! High praise for her creativity AND professionalism. Thank you, Imogen!

I mistakenly ordered for the wrong day! Contacted Flower Soul and it was no problem ( well it may have been but they were too polite to say!) and flowers delivered on the same day! A beautiful bunch of flowers, the recipient was delighted! Would recommend!

I have repeatedly ordered from Flower Soul. Every time the arrangements have been perfect. The delivery is fast and the people I’ve sent them too have been blown away. The quality you get for the price is amazing. The arrangements are always unique and beautiful. Would not order anywhere else especially compared to the ‘fast food’ type floral arrangements available else where.

Good Morning ImogenIt was lovely to chat with your briefly this morning when I rang to let you know how much I appreciate the quality of your products. I received a beautiful bouquet from your company, ordered by my son and his family in Denmark, Scandinavia, and it arrived for Mothers’ Day. Well, the flowers have lasted all of this time, and I have only just put the bunch in my compost tumbler this morning. Also, the glass bowl which contained the bouquet is gorgeous, and will be put to very good use by my daughter who designs and creates miniature gardens using tiny succulents, mosses and other exquisite small plants.Thank you. I was somewhat disappointed with the flowers I received. They have pictures of absolutely gorgeous, lush, bouquets posted on their website, so I was excited to order something special for my mother. However, the bouquet we received (fishbowl- $80) was a little lacklustre, and especially for the grand price it comes at. The flowers themselves are very pretty and obviously seasonality comes into consideration when making these bouquets, however the actual amount of flowers in the bouquet was the aspect that disappointed me the most. Like I said, the website makes these bouquets seem so grand and full, but the product we received was very average and for the price I paid, I wasn’t very happy with the amount/appearance it had. By adding just a couple more flowers, the bouquet would’ve appeared more full and worth the value of its price. Not to mention, delivery is very expensive based on the suburb you live in; I had to pay an extra $10 for delivery and I live quite close to the city.Just a month ago, my brother had ordered a larger bouquet for the same price at a different florist, and it was not only larger than the one bought here (yet the same cost), but also much fuller and still absolutely stunning (with the same seasonal flowers!). Perhaps the fishbowl adds a lot to the price?Overall, the bouquet was pretty but average considering I had wanted something quite unique, and so I’d say that perhaps you should save your money and not buy here unless you have a wedding or big event to celebrate, as their arrangements truly are lovely but very costly. Go buy a ring or something with the money instead. A bit disappointed but ah well... at least we can keep the fishbowl.
