Staff are easy to deal with and friendly. I have used both delivery service and pickup. If you need a lot of it then have it delivered usually same day or next. No order it too large or too small

Ordered sand and cement materials for building site after Skippens confirmed it could be delivered between a certain time frame that was critical to our schedule due to weather and site conditions. Delivery didn't arrive until a few hours after the agreed timeslot. Not even a phone call to advise of any delays. Called multiple times to which the response was Your next in the queue". This delay cost us the thousands of dollars in delays. Not happy at all. Will never use Skippens again."

Great customer service from these guys. I twice ordered a couple of ton of filling sand over the phone and it came within an hour of promised delivery time. The drivers are friendly and professional , the quotes are competitive. I will be using them again in the future.

Awesome place, amazing culture.I crossed paths with 6 different staff members in the 10 or so mins I was there, every single one made eye contact and made sure I was being looked after.The 3 guys in the office while I was there made a point of engaging my 8 yo daughter which was amazing.Culture is the heart of any good business and these guy us have it in spades (pardon the pun!) - well done guys!!

Bought 2 bulkbag of planter mix for my vegie raised beds, the quality is much better than my previous suppliers. Mark is really helpful and friendly. Super fast delivery, ordered yesterday morning and got it this morning! The staff in the office as well as the delivery driver are supper friendly and very patient in answering my questions. Highly recommended!
