Toybox Early Learning - North Sydney

It’s been a year with Toybox and they have given us the confidence to trust our most valuable treasure to someone else. They were very supportive from the beginning, explaining the adaptation process and sharing relevant insights from our little one day to day. We can see how she enjoys more and more being there around her friends and warm educators and more importantly we see how she progreses and develops new skills as the time goes by. Thank you toybox family for being open and honest, supportive and helpful when we have needed the most.

We couldn’t be happier with Toybox. The level of care is outstanding and the educators take a genuine interest in all aspects of our son’s development. We are so grateful to the staff who provide such a nurturing, caring and fun environment. Toybox has also had a positive effect on us as a family unit, knowing that we can turn to such capable and reliable support.

Toybox has been wonderful nurturing environment for my little man who just turned 4 yrs old. He has been going to Toybox since around the age of 9 months. I’m also proud to say, through their education and support and working together with us his parents as a joint team, Hunter saved his granny’s life at the age of 3 yrs old. They were learning about what to do in emergencies and crossing roads and road rules etc. By Hunter screaming for help when his granny fell on the road breaking her shoulder socket in 4 places when taking him for a walk. He saved her glasses and stayed by her side making sure cars didn’t ride over her and screamed for help till construction workers in the area came running to help and he told them what happened. These types of skills are invaluable in life and he continues to grow through their care. Thank you to all his teachers, Rupa, Claire, Rachael, Didi, Gyani, Siona, Cary, and all the others, my sincerest thank you to each and everyone of you at Toybox for shaping Hunter into the beautiful person he’s growing up to be!

My daughter has been attending this daycare full time since 12 months old and my second is about to join. We couldn’t ask for a better or more nurturing day care. We get daily reports that are so helpful in seeing the progress our daughter is making, their diversity and well thought out educational program is more than we would expect. The care and support each educator provides is outstanding. At Toybox we feel part of a family and they are part of ours.

My daughter has been at Toybox in North Sydney since she was a baby and she is soon to graduate from the preschool program. From the very first day, she has been nurtured and cared for by the wonderful educators as though she was their own. She has learned so much from them - not just her numbers, her ABCs and physical coordination but, more importantly, fantastic social skills, good manners, kindness and how to care for her peers. On top of that, she always has lots of fun here.The staff at Toybox are like family to us and we are going to miss them so much when my child goes to primary school. This is without a doubt the best child care centre in Australia. We have recently moved away from the area but there is no way I would put my child in another centre. I would rather do the commute to Toybox everyday until my child goes to school than put her anywhere else.

We have a really great experience sending our kid to toybox. The educators are really good and our kid really enjoy her time at the daycare. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for daycare nearby.

So grateful for our ToyBox family! The team there are genuinely the best and have been so amazing in supporting the development of our baby into an independent, inquisitive happy toddler! Their learning framework combines and supports so many different levels of growth and development. We love their daily and summary photos and reporting. This along with the ongoing engagement to involve the families as well as community has really made our decision on daycare to feel 100% right! We can’t say thank you enough for making ToyBox a second home for our bub!

My son attended Toybox for 4.5 years, and my daughter has been there for over a year and I could not recommend it more. The educators are very caring and provide great learning and developmental opportunities for the children. They are a great team who enjoy working together. It is a small centre and family owned and it really feels like you are party of a family there. Most of the educators have been working there since the centre opened, which is a good sign of a wonderful childcare.My son went through the preschool program at Toybox and had adjusted so quickly to school thanks to their excellent guidance.The centre is very multicultural and celebrates many holidays, with lovely parties for kids and families for Christmas and Halloween. Parents are really connected to the centre through sharing photos and sharing their skills with the kids in little sessions which are wonderful.The location is very convenient in North Sydney with parking spots for drop off and pick up. It's 2 mins walk from the station and the 265 bus to waverton/Wollstonecraft is on the doorstep.Our kids love it at Toybox. I highly recommend it. We feel so fortunate that we are part of the Toybox family.

Toybox is the best daycare. It is like your second family. Our son loves it. The teachers are amazing and do a lot of experiments to keep little minds busy.
