KRGeary and the team there are fantastic. I have used them several times for minor and major work and they are quick and easy to deal with. They even take care of the whole assessor and insurance hassle. I have also sent friends for repairs to him and everyone has been more than happy to deal with Mr Shen and his team.

Bad communications

I recently went through the horror of getting into a car crash and having to deal with the nightmare with the insurance companies. The insurance company at hand had a very long winded approach to fixing my damaged car, with a process that would take about 3-4 weeks.A friend recommended KR Geary so I decided to drop my car off with the team last Friday. They provided me with a courtesy car on the spot and explained the process to me step by step. Today exactly 1 week later, I was absolutely stoked to receive my car back with nothing paid out of pocket. The guys even cleaned my car for me, inside and out.My car is looking way better than it did before the crash, paint work on point and colour matched - highly recommend these guys for their service and speed!
