I am so impressed by the work from Southport Smash!!My car required some paint & panel work after a recent accident.I’m often hesitant where I take my vehicle but I am completely satisfied with the result.Also the staff, time frame and commitment to my expectations were meet. Well done & thanks so much to all of you at Southport Smash.

I was referred to Southport Smash for an insurance claim.It was a great experience from Southport Smash from start to finish.The only thing I can think of as a downside is the wait time for a booking. I booked my car in December and the earliest appointment was the end of April, managed to get it done in the middle of March which was good. A hire car option would be nice as well however I can see why this isn't offered as it's so busy.The body work and paint looks beautiful and looks factory spec, can't fault the workmanship at this shop.Also can't fault the customer service. The free taxi when I dropped my car off was great, I was able to get back to Ormeau for free to pick a car up.The repair process was easy as it can be and it was even finished earlier than expected, was advised it will take 10 working days but got it finished in 4 which was really surprising and awesome.Love the team there and will recommend them in the future!

The team at Southport smash repairs have been great with fixing my car! If I ever had a question they were very quick to answer and would always give me updates. I picked up my car today and they even vacuumed and washed it! It looks good as new now!

I am blown away by my experience here. Not only did they complete excellent repairs but when I was in a real state of difficulty facing not having a car to be able to do emergency on call or get to my family Xmas on the north coast the team loaned me a car in my time of need. Excellent professionalism and also people with heart. Very grateful and highly recommend.

Had my car repaired here through my insurance company as the preferred repairer.I can see why Southport Smash is the preferred repairer! The team did a fantastic job.I admittedly was nervous about the outcome as my car is only 8 months old. However, i didnt need to worry as my car was returned to me repaired and clean.I was informed via text throughout the various stages of repair and was super impressed by the service from Harry at reception.The only downside was the super long wait for the repair (5 months), however, i can only assume its because of their popularity.

Was referred to Southport Smash to effect repairs as a result of an NRMA claim. They were very professional assessing the claim, but they had a long wait to effect the repairs. We found them very responsive when the car was needed for another night to finalise the repairs. The car came back in perfect condition. I would certainly recommend them to friends even though they have a long queue. We felt they went over and above to meet out needs. Ron & Heather BROWN
