My husband and I were lucky enough to have Michael and his team service our Honda. They were professional from the word go, looked after us and made sure we were informed on every issue presented. Michael was sure to explain any issues to us clearly in a way that we would understand and waited for our consent prior to going ahead with the service. Could not recommend more highly - We will definitely be using them as our go-to mechanics.

Second time Ive used Rapid Tune Warragul.Awesome work I must say... Had an inspection done on something I needed addressed and gave me complete transparency in terms of stating what needs fixing. In the end he offered me some great advice regarding how I should proceed with intended repairs in a way that I won't be financially impacted.Thanks guys, I will be returning for more services in the future that's for sure.

We are very happy Rapid Tune Warragul customers and Michael was outstanding. What was originally thought to be only a fuel pump issue, turned out to be a more complicated computer problem which Michael still managed to resolve for us. The process took some time and throughout Michael communicated regularly, taking the time to explain everything to us. He was patient, determined, resourceful and saved us a lot of money by not hand balling us to the manufacturer, which the previous mechanic (very close by) tried to do!

Finding a good car mechanic/workshop is as important as finding a good GP.I recently moved to Warragul and was looking for someone to not only service my car but to kind of become it's life long doctor who I can trust. A friend recommended RapidTune. I noticed some other places had better reviews but decided to go ahead with RapidTune based on my friends recommendation. I feel happy that I found someone I can trust for my car. I dont think I ll go anywhere else.Michael who attended my car is an amazing person. Very open, transparent and gives an honest advice. He doesnt use the technique to scare you and then make you get things done. He gives his advice in a very neutral manner without any slight inclination of cross selling anything.Clean and excellent workshop, cost effective and on top amazing quality of work.I am glad I found them and will continue to come to RapidTune for all my car needs.

Such an amazing service from Michael and his colleagues at Rapid Tune Warragul. I could not recommend them more highly. They replaced the clutch in my Subaru and did their work quickly, efficiently, at an excellent price and kept me updated throughout. They also went over and beyond to order additional parts when the wrong parts were supplied, making sure that we were back on our road trip in time to get back home still.Our car broke down on a Wednesday just before a public holiday on the Thursday. All of the other mechanics in town didn’t want to look at it until the following week, with many closing on the Friday. Rapid Tune quoted me a very competitive price, and agreed to provide by Friday afternoon so we could get back home.A number of things went wrong with the suppliers. However, Rapid Tune went out of their way to drive to Pakenham to make sure that the clutch was the indeed the correct type. Some additional parts were also required at the last minute, but they were able to arrange delivery so that we could drive away as very happy customers on the Friday.

Great mechanic. Have used these guys a few times and they are quick to diagnose issues, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really thankful for these guys. No idea when the last time my car was serviced, upwards of 5-6 years ago, went in expecting I'd be paying a few K for work but came out with a general service and some really straight forward reccomendations on what was needed. Was expecting to be out of pocket a fair bit but the team really looked after me when they were in a position to take advantage. Really appreciate you guys explaining what will be needed in future, pricing everything up and not trying to rip me.

Well the 3 blokes on today helped me greatly with an impromptu Vic roads engine matching issue. They were able to assist me immediately, courteously and made my day so that I didn’t have to come back to Vic roads on another day as I’m not local. Thanks fellas.

Paid for a wheel alignment, steering was not centered before alignment took place. Have hardly any left hand turning ability and plenty of right hand turning. Rang and asked, they said it was a steering box issue - have taken it to Tyrepower in Wontaggi, they've centered the wheels and aligned them properly
