Roman is extremely knowledgeable and you can just see how much passion he has for gardening, sustainability, eating healthy and using and recycling anything and everything! He makes the course fun and enjoyable! A beautiful little family!

Roman and his family are full of enthusiasm, joy and passion for what they do for their community and friends. They share simple yet very effective ways for sustainable living in any climate and environment. I have personally known Roman and his family for 8 years and very much recommend you visit their Spurtopia Homestead and check out their workshops. Once you get to know them and what they do, it is quite likely that they will become your friends too.

We found Roman very knowledgeable in gardening & self sufficiency from attending one of the Spurtopia sessions. Afterwards we were inspired to hire him to do an assessment of our own property and create a high level vision of what is possible to achieve. He produced drawings & and instructions that we will be able to break down into smaller projects to turn it into our self sufficiency vision. Highly recommended and friendly and easy to deal with.
