SparknShine completed my vacate clean right before Christmas on short notice, including steam cleaning carpets and cleaning balcony windows. very happy with the service. team were responsive and the place looks great.

Booked a vacate clean. Paid the fee. 3 cleaners showed up. Rejected the job as it was too dirty". Yes walls and floors all tiles needed cleaning. Very disappointed"

When a person takes the time to message a business, investing time and possibly money, to MAKE AN ENQUIRY or a REQUEST for the service that is being advertised, it says a lot about a business/company when they just couldn't be bothered to RESPOND to the customer. I emailed this company one week ago to make a booking and it has been that long since I've heard back to confirm or decline my request. A 5-star rating means nothing when a company deems its potential customers too insignificant to REPLY to. Time isn't on the side of customers asking for a cleaning service particularly when it involves a vacate of premises, moving elsewhere or finding it short of time to do the cleaning themselves! Shame on you for resting on the 5-star reviews you've received this far. You ought to be substantiating these awesome reviews with a follow-up attitude.

Correspondence was shocking, took 2-3 days to reply and they don’t answer their phone at all. The only time they made an effort to speak was when they were chasing money to the point where I thought it was a scam as they kept asking for payment and claiming the cleaners were at my house cleaning when they were not. The cleaning wasn’t bad but they didn’t clean all windows as I paid them to and the walls were still left dirty enough for the real estate agents to tell me it’s not good enough. I tried to contact the cleaners in regards to this and as expected they ignored all messages, emails and of course they didn’t answer their phone.

I felt very comfortable with the cleaners. My house was spotless afterwards! It was fast and efficient, highly recommend.

The crew is always on time and with positive energy. The cleaning is constantly thorough, especially talking about dusting surfaces. Pricing is justified when you see the end result every time they come around.

We bought a house which was built in late 1950s. The previous owner was an old gentleman who had lived in the house since late 80s. I have to say that it was not an easy cleaning job... I don’t even want to think about how dirty the oven and some of the closets were... Spark n Shine cleaning services cleaned the hell out of it at a very reasonable price. They worked quite efficiently but still took them a good five hours. The house looked very different after the cleaning job. I had left my home unattended for six months as I was out of Australia. After returning I decided to do some minor work and a full paint job. This is a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhouse. After the stress and fatigue of the work done I couldn't bear to clean it myself. I researched and decided on I Will cleaning Service to Spark n Shine cleaning services They arrived on schedule with their arsenal of cleaning supplies. The house was quite dirty and dusty. They advised they required several hours to complete the house. I showed up 2 hours later and couldn't be happier. Great job and thanks for the help and very reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

I booked this company for an end of lease clean and carpet cleaning.The cleaners evidently showed up and the house smelled like the carpets had been cleaned however that is the only positive I can list here.The kitchen sink, stovetop, laundry sink and shower glass were all covered with cleaning product residue. The toilets were not adequately cleaned. Powerpoints were not dusted. The oven was dirty. The property was damaged (two vertical blinds gone and nowhere to be found).I scheduled with the cleaner a time for them to return to the property but they did not show up and did not communicate to me beforehand that they would be unable to make it.I had to request the invoice for the property manager multiple times before it was provided.I'm $600 out of pocket plus the money that will be taken from my bond.I would never recommend this company.
