I find it hard to believe the sales assistant was unable to punch in my name or phone number to check I'm a member (my Rewards card was in my wallet, and I was carrying my phone only with eftpos card). We always shop a LOT at BWS and I refused to pay the non-member price of $54 instead of the $47 I was entitled to. So I put it back and went to Liquourland out of principle. What sort of a system can't check my Membership? I drive from Corrimal to Fairy Meadow for the drive through due to bad back and hubby still at work, but they had the gates closed 5 mins early!!! So off to the other Fairy Meadow Store. Not happy with the lack of effort.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quite a large selection of different types of drinks. Everyone in your household will be satisfied.Large store and great for people who are in wheelchairs

To me it seems very overlooked. Everytime IV gone in, it's been quiet, the staff are polite & very helping. Prices are fair. Not much difference from other stores but they do have good specials that some other places may not so it is worth getting in line & having a look around. Ri x

My order was promised an hour and a half a go. Still hasn't arrived I ended up ringing to BWS in question. They informed me that they think my order is still sitting here and can not tell me me if or when it would be delivered. Unbelievable.

Great store, friendly staff. Plenty of variety to choose from. Something for everybody.Neat and tidy, full shelves. Love the choices of seltzers available.

Excellent, friendly and very professional staff. Always take the time to answer and assist if required. Their product knowledge is brilliant, and I would definitely recommend them. Five star service compared to those bigger alcohol stores.

Awesome staff as their product knowledge is second to none. They take the time for your specific purchases to explain. Theyre always there to help. Unlike some of the bigger liqueur stores. Highly recommend these guys they're amazing.
