Had amazing experience and customer service buying Guppies and aquarium products at the Sale store. Over the next 3 days however 5 out of 7 of my original guppy colony died. The 14 new ones look happy and healthy, water parameters seem fine but the final 2 OG fish have gone pale and unable to accsess food. Really dissapointed if the cause was an introduced disease from the store that could have been prevented due to prior care and medicinal treatments. I only suggest this as the instore tank had 2 dead fish in the water (extremly common and not a big fuss,) with no consideration from staff for cause or concern.5 Stars for younger female staff.2 Stars for opperation of fish sales and tank.

Staff were helpful finding something specific for my boy. Good range of products.

Went in with my girlfriend to get some new things for our kitten. Was being served by a lovely gentleman while one of the members who had pink hair was constantly asking this man questions about some other business. This man was just trying to help us and kept getting interrupted and was clearly getting a little frustrated. The girl with pink hair seemed to be quite hostile and unfriendly towards us both and showed no interest in making sure we were satisfied with our experience

We had a family dog groomed here and as she has never been to the groomers before I was concerned they would not be able to do anything. Well we picked her up and she looks amazing. Clean and tidy and very cute.We would recommend PETstock groomers for your dog. Thank you so much for being understanding and efficient.
