Gave them a call on the mobile regarding fixing an 8 year old dishwasher, he told me he could fix it but the brand i had was known to have problems and even if he fixed the electrics, it was likely further problems will develop in a short amount of time.His advice was to buy a new dishwasher. In my view that is as honest as it gets, he was prepared to lose a repair job so I didn't put more money into something that was going to fail soon.Although he didn't actually do the job for me, he deserves 5 stars for his honesty and integrity.

Bad service!!The service technician could not find any specific problems with our washing machine. He stood and look at the machine and after five minutes said he agreed with me that it could be the electronics and asked if I wanted him to look at anything else. He took a torch out and spent another five looking at the same then as before with a little more light to conclude the same thing. after this ten minute wast of time he over charged and said there was nothing more he would do.. We sent the company an email and called saying that the outrageous price should be adjusted to suit the service provided. They refused say that the ten minute drive justified the price.I hope that no one else make the same mistake we did!

My dishwasher broke on a friday afternoon. They sent a technician within few hours and he was on time.The cost for the repair ended up being less than they quoted me originally. Very quick and complete service at a reasonable price. I'd definitely go again. Thanks!
