Couldn’t rave more highly of this chemist if I tried. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly, the pharmacists and knowledgeable and supportive and the midwife Ascha is incredible! I buy everything from here just because I think the team are so amazing at what they do and the service provided!

Terrible service. I attended the pharmacy at 7am with a migraine and blurred vision. The pharmacist (balding male with glasses) was very rude and only cared how I entered the pharmacy. Not knowing I walked through the Cafe door and he accused me of opening the pharmacy door when he was not ready to open. If you open at 7am staff should arrive at work in time to be prepared to open at 7am. Secondly my script had expired which he was rude about, but the reality was you can buy the medication without a script. I was treated like a drug addict. The female that served me at the counter was very nice and acknowledged my pain. You are in the business of helping people do better.

This is a fantastic pharmacy. The staff are always so helpful. I've had both my covid vaccine and flu shot here and the service was great. I love that they are open until 8pm. I saw recently that these guys got voted the number one TerryWhite in Australia and I can see why. Congratulations on your achievements. Keep up the great work!

The staff here are always knowledgeable and fantastic. I do need to give a special shout out to Madi who is always so lovely to deal with and really goes the extra mile to help you as much as she can.

Visited today for a 4 th Covid vaccination. Sunday morning at 9 and all the staff were welcoming and professional. Terry White chemists has a streamlined vaccination process with pre-appointment checks and a post procedure email explaining vaccine side effects.

Told by Owner Karen Brown nothing wrong with my eyes after I said I have conjunctivitis. They are bloodshot sore, itchy and stuck together in the morning, she then grills me over it tells me it is viral not bacterial then says will clear up soon go away by itself then says to flush with salty water, making no sense at all and denied service and any relief for my eyes. I left then went back and said she was condescending toward me told her she is not a doctor she said sorry I feel that way but!!!!!. I asked for all my scripts I had there and that she would not get another cent from me. This is not the first time she has been like this to me from just asking for treatments and not the first time she has given inaccurate advice either. She denied being condescending then tells me to look after myself as im walking out, der karen I had no choice, you clearly dont care and only care about money how about informing all customers about the amount of commision your making from coercing and jabbing people time and time again

We attended the 'Bringing baby home' antenatal education class with registered midwife Asha Ferguson. The class covered a range of topics to help us prepare as first time parents for the arrival of our newborn. This included what to expect after the birth, feeding, bathing, sleep, settling, cord care, skin care, nail care, mum's health and the partner's role.Asha's approach was family-focused, professional and supportive and we left feeling well equipped with lots of information, tips and strategies. Asha is extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience working with children and families. The class was interactive with lots of opportunities to ask questions and included take home information and bag, food and beverages.I highly recommend Asha's classes and the midwifery services and advice she provides at Terry White Arana Hills. We also appreciated the offer of support from Asha for postnatal advice once our baby girl arrives. Thank you Asha and team for providing such a friendly and supportive service for families!
