Dated but actually one of my favourite Coles. It's not too big, has everything I need and the staff are nice. Bottleshop would be handy, only so I didn't have to make 2 stops (I know, lazy, right?)

I don't often give bad wraps but when the bags are being packed at the checkout more care needs to be taken and NOT pack the likes of fresh bread and soft items or things that can be spoiled in first and then heavy things on top.

Shopped there recently. Some customers were not wearing masks indoors. I confronted two young men, but was laughed at. I complained to a young male staff member by the entry door, but was informed by him that management had told the staff that they were not to prevent people from entering the store, they were merely to advise people that masks were required. Shortly after that I saw the same staff member turn his back and look away when a lady entered the shop without a mask. Furthermore, very few people were using the log-in app. I have been a regular loyal customer at this store since it opened years ago as Bi-Lo. If this attitude continues, I'll take my business over the road to Woolies.
