Travel Agent Grace Sakr was efficient, professional and very understanding when communicating with us. She was able to find a suitable solution to a flight cancelation. Grace was able to give us tranquillity and managed to efficiently work on a solution for an Airline error. We are very happy with her customer service. 5 stars for sure.

Thank you so much Skye and Kim for your great assistance in putting tickets on hold, guiding and supplying all required information, rebooking and talking on our behalf with airlines due to us got sick while overseas. Everything you did was very efficient and professional. I am thanking you from the bottom my heart for taking care of all our travel arrangements and getting us back home as quick as possible.
