Disappointed with this service.Booked appointments for my children for a time and date suited to then find out that this is time limited and now not able to have that time/date as all full. This is really disappointing for my children when they have engaged long enough to build that rapport and now I’m forced to find an alternative provider as next availability is in 3 months.Miscommunication happens regularly along with appointments time changes.Awaiting for supporting documentation which tends to take weeks longer than originally agreed because something more pressing seems to take priority.Do not recommend this service.
