From our first purchase approximately a year ago to our most recent purchase yesterday we have had nothing but exceptional service & after care service on every item we have ever purchased. The Nader team provide a personalized experience to those wanting fine jewelry & to those who are browsing. They have provided some exotic pieces for myself (pictured in my review) & my partner at some generous prices at their real worth. The items sold at Nader's are beautifully crafted & displayed to show their beauty. The team have all been lovely & always provided a fantastic service which is why we have returned many times. They offered & cleaned my necklace yesterday while we were walking around browsing - this took 5 minutes & it is now sparkling. My Frederique Constant Watch is beautiful - the box this watch comes in is equally as beautiful as the watch itself. My partner purchased the Versace ring for my birthday this year & when seeing it he instantly knew this was the piece for me & I adore it. He told me the service was exceptional as always and he was very happy with his purchase & the service provided. My partner has purchased multiple watches from here as well as a watch box to keep them safe & together. His next purchase will be a watch winder & we look forward to our next trip there. Nader's also offer Lay-By for those needing this little bit of extra help / time to pay off purchases. They also offer on the spot watch resizing on the watch purchased. The staff are always up for a chat / update on what we have been up to and that is another way they have built our relationship for us to come back. Went in there to buy a ring, the lady that served us at the start was really nice and helpful.However, when we approached the owner he was really rude and arrogant which turned us off about the whole sale.A small advise: Serving people with the right attitude and with smile on your face goes a long way.

Approached the older lady for help and the first thing she does is look me up and down? I wore a cropped t shirt and leggings because I opted for comfort that day.Similar to a lot of reviews, I decided not to purchase from here despite being interested in a few things solely because of that older lady. I was quite excited to purchase as I was looking for an 18k gold anklet whereas a lot of other stores in the centre only had 9k options.Another younger lady had a lot nicer of a demeanour and helped me a lot although at the end I still decided not to purchase as I didn’t want to be spending my money on a place that only valued me if I looked a certain way.Unfortunately for this store, they lost a customer that walked in with money ready, just looking for the right item. They did have the right item for me but 100% not the right customer service and attitude.I ended up purchasing 2 anklets from a different store 2 days later who didn’t judge me on the way I looked.I give credit to the younger female who was a perfect salesperson. However, I think the older lady needs to be humbled and get off her high horse. The business could be thriving a lot more if she didn’t turn customers off the moment they step in just because her own personal belief that their clothing choice isn’t to her standard.

Very disappointed. I’m actually disgusted.My 21 year old son who has special needs went in try to on a watch so I can buy it for his birthday. When he asked the lady if he can try on the watch. She told him he wasn’t allowed to try it on.Never judge a book by its cover. I took my business elsewhere and he was treated with the respect he deserved.

When holidaying in Sydney last week we had the pleasure of visiting Nader Jewellers in Parramatta, what an amazing experience. The team were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, the owner was also present and assisted us with the gift we purchased for our Daughter. The store is stunning with an excellent selection of quality watches and exquisite Jewellery pieces.

Worst experience. I don't usually leave reviews but the experience was so bad I had to. My fiance and I walked in to try on some wedding bands. The older lady with very curly shoulder length hair approached us with not so much as a smile. She was very uninterested in showing us any rings. Halfway through, she walked away and went back to chat with her colleagues, leaving us there. Don't waste your time coming here, lots of better jewellery stores that value customers.

My husband and I went into the store just for a look, although intending to at least buy a watch. ‘Ilda’ and ‘Victoria’ (if I remember rightly) provided wonderful service for us. We were very happy to be shopping there. The service (and products) were so good that my husband was enticed to return a week later (unbeknownst to me) to buy me a gift. He said that the ladies remembered him and remembered what items I had been interested in the week before. Exceptional and personal service is so rare these days. Thank you!

I've been in this Jewellery Store a few times. I have always received great friendly service. And they were always willing to negotiate on a good price. Plus a good range of beautiful jewellery. Love this store!
