Highly recommended. Attended reception and was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. Met with ‘Nick’ to work through four years of income taxes that I’d failed to lodge in the past and he made this process surprisingly easy. Found him to be knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to work through my various questions and claims. Given my questions related to expenses over a 4-5 year period, I was surprised at his knowledge of the changes that had occurred during this time. I anticipate on returning at the end of this financial year as I no longer fear the overwhelming heartache of having to lodge my return. Also, they are very prompt in lodging and submitting returns.
