The Beauty & Brow Parlour Westfield Doncaster

In the x 3 times I’ve gone there the store is NEVER open at 9am (always a sign saying back at 9.30) when she is in there on her phone, and last week I went and the sign said ‘back at 10am’. She was in there on the phone and had never even opened the store yet. The times I have gone she has been rude and her work is terrible. The last time I went I asked for a face wax but she told me that the pot wasn’t hot enough yet so she couldn’t. Not sure why an hour from 9-10am she hadn’t turned the pot on. A previous time I requested an arm wax and she told me ‘we don’t do that’.After the absolute rudeness I have started going to another eyebrow place just opened at doncaster and while I was in there x 3 other people were also there talking about the terrible service that the doncaster beauty and brow parlour has and that they are never open.I hope that this is taken seriously as she is damaging your brand.

I’ve been here a few times after work, hoping to get my eyebrows threaded before heading home. Every time, I have arrived at this salon within 40 minutes of their closing time, however, each time I was turned away because they said they were closed for the day. This has left me feeling quite frustrated. On the plus side, I have found another beauty salon just around the corner called O’Some Brows. I’ve started to come here as a regular and am really happy. Strangely, O’Some Brows has the same closing time as Beauty & Brow, but I’ve never been turned away - not once.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. Waited 25 min just to be absolutely butchered beyond belief. It takes a lot for me to complain and when I saw the job which looked like a 2 year old could’ve done better (super uneven, not even levelled) she was in a rush to close the shop and didn’t offer to fix. I paid and cried on the way home. I don’t think this lady has any qualifications. DO NOT GO HERE!

Really bad service. I have been going here for A year now and recently it has gone drown the drain. This service has very unprofessional and rude customer service. The lady who did my eyebrow threading was chatting with colleague spitting and her coffee breath on my face. It was really uncomfortable for me to sit there and endure this as she didn't stop till the end. After threading looking at the mirror I saw that I had a gap on my my eyebrows. When i showed her, she walked off saying that I have a scar on my eyebrows. She charged me for the service and refused to accept her fault. I looked at my past photos to show her that i had no scar on my brows. I requested her to fix it and she still refused saying it was there. Finally she wanted to tint my brows. My eyebrows still looked the same with no change. She didn't want to fix her mistake and no apologies at all. She asked me to use a eye liner to colour the gap. Very disrespectful service I wouldn't go here again and wouldn't suggest anyone to go there. I am a really self conscious person and is constantly checking the mirror waiting for my eyebrows to grow. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SERVICE.

Never again. The 2 ladies, in particular the receptionist with red lipstick is extremely rude and doesn’t like waxing eyebrows it seems. If you only want to thread, then don’t offer it. She waxed underneath my eyebrows with very hot wax (now painfully red and stinging 9 hours later) then threaded the top despite several requests for just waxing. Regardless of whether they are the franchise owners or workers, they need to lift their game.

This is the second time I have had to deal with the ride lady at the front desk. I the first time I thought she had a bad day. Today she told me to come back when there was o one else in the store. She spoke to as if she was doing me favour. The centre should consider another tenant based on other reviews. If a rating of 0 was available ithat what i would have given them. Go to O'some eyebrows they are lovely and professional.

Absolutely terrible service and care. I had the worst brow experience I have ever had. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming. They told me they were able to wax my eye brows. However, half way through, they told me they were unable to wax the top of my brows. They proceeded to threading my eye brows when I specifically told them not to as I find it extremely painful. Following this, I told the staff the wax was too hot. They failed to do anything and I ended up with a rash and burnt skin. Absolutely awful. Do not come here.

It says you open at 9 am. I’m in front of the store at 9:34 am and door closed. Staff is talking on the phone giggling away behind the computer and I asked when will you open. She said I will be 10 mins and she went behind the staff door and closed it on me. Then She came back out not saying anything and changed the clock time to a further 30 mins! This is insane!

This location is terrible. They will only ever serve one person at a time and did not even allow the next person in line to wait inside on the seat. I came at 11, found they had left and weren't back until 11.30 from a break and waited in line outside until 12pm. Don't bother waiting!
