5 stars to Rodney who did exactly what I asked him to do. Very happy as the hair is easy to style at home as well. I have given 4 stars as the lady whose task was to wash the hair did a half-hearted job with about 10 seconds of massage. A bit less loud talking and more dedication to her task would have made all the difference and given class to her job.

I couldn't recommend Joh Bailey Bowral highly enough. Maia and her team deliver amazing results every time. Whether it is a cut, colour or style, Maia, Emely and Kristina go over and above and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! Always a lovely experience.

I’m not a very confident guy, so I was really pleased with how welcoming the staff here were to me. They made me feel extemely comfortable, and the haircut itself was top notch. It was a really enjoyable experience and I’m not the type to enjoy haircuts.Definitely know where I’ll be going for my next haircut!

I have been a client of Maia's for longer than I can remember. I have followed her from Double Bay, Bondi to Bowral.Although Bowral is well over a 2hr drive, the warm welcoming salon is ways immaculate and Staff are as competent as they are friendly.I recently also had Maia and her team style my wedding in the Hunter Valley. 12 ladies styles, the team were not only a pleasure to have around, they worked around many small outside mishaps and ensured everyone was finished to due time.Thank you Maia and team
