Bought 2 boxes of frozen fruit more expensive compared to the shop up stair. When asked for refund politely, the lady looked upset saying no refund! Pointing finger to the small sign on the wall.It was purchased 5 minutes ago and still in the boxes. Where is the consumer right to get refund? Shop like this shouldn't exist in Australia.

Been shopping here many years.Today we went to buy fish and request to not clean the skin but clean the organ and cut split in between. Straight the away got rejected and the person just put out fish back. What a terrible attitude and unreasonable staff. VERY RUDE.

So horrible service, especially cashier Middle-aged women!! They’re rude and also gave an attitude. Feel like they can’t be bothered to serve. Definitely won’t shop here anymore.

I have been going to this same seafood shop for years and always get the best seafood. Huge selection of Australian seafood. The only items a buy frozen is the scallops.Customer service is good, never had any issues ever.

Excited to buy our 3kg box of Australian Xmas Prawns today but very upset when we got home only to to find that the use by panel had been removed from the box??? Phone number listed disconnected and now not sure if we should be sharing these with our family.

Please avoid the fresh fish section. They are so bad at filleting the fish that they leave large chunks of meat on the fish bone. They can’t even scale the fish properly, lots of scales left on the skin…asked to keep the fish bones (and they kept the guts inside - yuck!). Fresh prawns were not fresh at all, the heads were turning black. Sorry but will not be back at the fresh seafood section. It’s more value for money to buy a filleted fish that’s cleaned and filleted properly.One star for their frozen Scallops from Japan $31 and Frozen Halibut from Taiwan $10

2019 Live Lobster 3 sizes and good Japanese seaweed, and large scallops.2021 some rude lady at the prawn stall, they need to work on their customer service
