Communication is non existent. Approximate date for hand over blown out by 6 weeks. No explanation. Hard to recommend when time frames are considered important when it comes to safety.Credit where it's due, I was very happy with the finished product.

While my job was relatively small, Courtney was efficient in visiting the site, getting the quote to me with a clear scope of the work and realistic expectations on delivery and installation. During the wait part of the existing work was vandalised. Courtney was on the ball, addressed the problem and with a minor variation on the fly everything stayed on track.Upon completion an inspection revealed a quality, tidy and complete installation.My dealings with office staff in confirming schedules were polite, efficient and clear.Thank you Leichts for a great result and team effort.

Found this company non communicative when purchasing our gate. took nearly 10 months to supply and fit . Told us delivery date 3 times but no gate and found excuses why took so long if and when we could talk to someone . Would not recommend use of this company

This job was for my 87 year old mother and she was asked to pay half of the full price as a deposit in February 2020. We were soon advised that they were behind as they had taken on a bigger job.After numerous phone calls and emails the job was started a few months later. Front gate repair and two new side gates were finally installed five months later, BUT front gate was screwed to fence with one screw per hinge and one side gate was not finished off in a sturdy manner.Six months later and the job was STILL NOT complete.When finally done the finishing was questionable. Not sure if someone new stepped in but after many emails and calls the job was finished more professionally in the end.I hate to give a bad review, but the length of time and lack of communication and commitment to the job when started was a real issue.I'm hoping there has been a big improvement in all aspects from quote to installation.

Excellent workmanship and quality installation. Very accommodating when the plans had to change beyond our control. Communication could have been improved with more timely updates as to how the project was progressing behind the scenes. Very happy with the end result.

Terrible. Never answer their phone, rarely answer their emails. HOPELESS !!!! Wouldn't give 1 star.

Spent 3/4 hour in their office discussing project for a quote. Waited almost 2 weeks for quote with no response. Rang on a Friday and was told that they were working on it and they would get back to me on Monday which they didn't. About 3 or 4 weeks has now passed and still not heard from them. I would have preferred them to tell me up front that they were too busy to do the job and not wasted my time stringing me along. I will never deal with them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Very shabby service.

My 84yo mother and neighbour paid for a timber fence in December 2020. After many follow ups with Leichts the job was finally done in May. The initial job was done by young inexperienced installers. Sadly the workmanship was very poor. Leichts agreed the fence was of a poor standard. The company took down the fence and experienced installers partially rebuilt a new one in August. These installers were very obliging, courteous, and did everything to make a high quality fence. The fence was eventually completed in March 2022.

Take way too long to provide a quote.Thank you for your response, it was more so annoying after calling and being told I would have the quote the next day to then calling the day after again and being told the quote wasn't near finished. I would have been happy to wait if I had more confidence in the service as I was already scepticle after reading the reviews left by others.
