Having 'walked the walk', Forest has been the perfect coach for me to create a nutrition and training plan that is sustainable and can help me reach my ambitious goals. Our weekly zoom sessions, use of phone apps and regular check-ins makes the distance a non-issue. 4 months in, I'm incredibly satisfied and am the strongest I've been in my life. Would highly recommend Forest to anyone looking to improve their health through well considered nutrition and training.

Forest is an amazing coach. My husband and I had a few months nutrition and training online coaching with him and we achieved great results. He motivates us and keeps us on track. He can easily adapt to our different training and nutrition needs, always maintaining focus on our goals. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to become a vegan and have better results at the gym. Or any vegan who wants to train better and eat well. Thanks for everything, Forest!

Exceptional man with a wealth of knowledge. Forest is able to work with anything thrown at him and still produces results for his clients, no matter the obstacles faced. Through gym workouts and home covid restricted workouts, every week produced results. Forest is always open to hearing opinions and making changes on the fly. Versatile. Flexible. Personable.

Working with Forest has been amazing. I’ve done a variety of workout plans and programs over the years, but working with Forest, I’ve noticed the best results of my life. He’s always ready to switch up the workout plan if I’m going to be working out from home, traveling, headed to my regular gym, or just wanting a different type of workout. His nutrition guidance has also been incredibly helpful. If you’ve been wanting to eat more plant-based, but also make solid gains, Forest is the right trainer for the job.

Forest has been my coach for almost a year, and the process I have made it's incredible. Forest, it's an exceptional person with a robust knowledge about a plant-based diet and tailored training. I came from high-intensity workouts, CrossFit and all in between, and just in the first two months, I ultimately see the value of a professional creating a specific program for your needs, goals and condition. I am thrilled with Forest, and I would recommend his services to anyone how wants to have a coach that genuinely cares about your wellbeing and produces results for his clients. Ohh, and his app is amazing!! Super user-friendly, easy to track your progress, and I love how I can insert data to see my progress across the months.

I am in my mid-fifties and Forest designed the perfect plant-based nutrition and exercise program for me to build muscle mass while staying lean. He worked with the constraints of my busy life and design a program that I could perform at home with minimal equipment. I just performed a DEXA scan after working with Forest and the results are simply amazing. During the last 5 months, I increased my muscle mass by 10.5 lbs while adding only 4.5 lbs of body fat.Forest was incredibly creative and resourceful by continuously adapting my training program to address the challenges I faced over the last few months including travel and recovery from a surgery. His supportive down-to-earth approach and his deep knowledge of the science around fitness and nutrition make him an incredibly effective coach.I have found my weekly zoom sessions with Forest indispensable in staying on track and making critical adjustments to my exercise and nutrition program. Hiring Forest as my coach has been by far the best investment that I have ever made in my fitness journey!

Forest has been an incredible resource for me in pursuing my plant-based health and fitness journey. He has pivoted with every challenge thrown at him throughout CoVid Lockdowns and gym closures, while also helping me to achieve great success in pursuing my goals. He's made himself available to me 24/7 and has adjusted my eating plan and training regime multiple times by request and necessity, as well as working around my rotating roster without breaking stride. I would absolutely recommend Forest to anybody wanting to explore the world of plant-based fitness.
