Had a massage here today. Whilst I understand they are students and learning, the massage therapist I had should not be practicing on the paying public. Like many people $40 is quite a bit of money and I budgeted having a massage for the last month. Whilst the trainer thanked me for my patience, nothing more was offered. I have been coming here for the last 2 years and have referred many friends and family. I even purchased a 1 hr gift voucher today for my Mum.( Before my treatment) As pathetic as it sounds I went to my car and balled my eyes out. I needed a massage so badly, and to have such a terrible experience was just not ok. Sandy

Whilst massages here are good value be prepared for very short notice cancellations or not receiving the full hour due to lateness. Got cancellation call driving there. Who is going to pay for the petrol and wasted journey. Took time off work, I should know better than to book again as this has happened before, more than once!

I am a past student and I can’t speak highly enough about Q academy! It was Sarah my campus coach who made me decide to pick this school. She was so friendly yet professional(and fun!) I wanted to pick this school just based on her. But all of my coaches were so amazing and supportive, I couldn’t have asked for more. Everyday I felt like I’ve learnt something and I felt very proud and knowledgeable by the time I completed my diploma. Sandra, Geoff, and Kat were absolutely unbelievable facilitators! If you want to be the best in the industry, pick this school.

I have been going there for nearly 2 years and it is the best massage school/training on the Gold Coast. I have not had one bad experience. The students find the areas that are causing discomfort and sort it out so that when I leave I feel relaxed. And most of them will give you suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Q massage is a great place for dollar value and professionalism.

As with any student clinic, it is great value for money. I have been lucky enough to have had myotherapy sessions with great, knowledgeable students. I have found the staff to be very friendly and courteous.It would be better though if they provided clean towels on the massage table for each customer and if their curtains were longer.

Absolutely amazing! I've been here initially as a client, student and I could not talk more highly of the school.As a Health and Fitness Professional, I throughly researched schools surrounding the Gold Coast. Everything from their current teachers, to their student reviews and curriculum.Hands down, Q Academy was the most well structured and established school. Had a wonderful treatment today at Q Academy. The therapist was really professional and caring.Made an appointment for January already.The only improvement that could be made would be to have the room light a little bit dimmer and offer eye masks. Looking forward to going back.

First massage at the Q Academy. Recommended by a friend. Jess was very polite and professional. She answered all questions and ensured I was completely comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend this. The massage was every bit as good as a professional I would easily pay 3xs the amount for.
