Subaru Castle Hill (Service)

The team at the servicing centre were welcoming and accommodating. It was my first 12.5k servicing and it took them about 1hr 20 minutes to finish.If I was to complain about anything it will be tyre pressure. My tyres were hyper inflated. According to the cars recommendation, the front wheels should have 230kpa and back wheels should have 220kpa (for a single person use and not towing + no luggage).I don't tow and there were no additional passengers.When I checked the cars sensor told me front wheels had 250kpa and there was about 20kpa discrepancy between the rare wheels. I certainly felt it as I was driving and had to adjust it by myself.

Having my Subaru serviced here for the first time today, I am very impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Paul. He is a real gentleman and honest. Very happy to have found this Suby service centre.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Dylan and Brad. My car broke down and had to be towed to the castle hill service centre. I was at first really upset about my 3 year old car having to be towed but as it was in warranty they fixed it within 24 hours and kept me updated the whole way. Thanks for the great customer service and doing what you could to fit my car in when you were already so booked out! Thanks to the team Dylan and Brad.

I take my Forester to Subaru Castle Hill every year for its annual service. The team always provide an excellent and effortless customer experience and my car feels great each time. The fees are capped and the mechanics are thorough. I am very happy with this Subaru team.

Fast and friendly service from the Subaru Castle Hill Service Centre. A call was made a day before the booking, the issue was diagnosed and fixed with a replacement part fitted only within a few hours.

Easy to book online, great friendly team onsite & on the phone. The waiting amenities are goodand the free coffee is a bonus.
