Good clinic. I had had appointments with Dr. Michael Yau a couple of times. He is a very friendly, professional, nice and helpful doctor. He provides professional advice and performs excellent professional diagnosis and checks. Very reliable. He is from Hong Kong and also speaks Cantonese. So highly recommended, especially for patients of Cantonese speakers.

The doctors are fantastic here. However, the time management of the doctors is ludicrous. I wait 1 month to finally see my GP, just to not get to have my appointment as I had to leave for work after a 45 min wait. I also cannot get in again to see my GP for over another month.Funny to think if I am running slightly late to the appointment I will not get seen, but if the doctors runs WAY overtime it is completely OK.

The Patient service I always receive from all of the girls on the front desk is absolutely at the next level and they always greet me by my name which I love, they are always so friendly and that makes me feel so comfortable with every visit and I can’t forget to mention Doctor Michael Yau, not only has he been my Doctor for the pass 12 months but he also has been a true friend to me which I respect and trust with my life, thank you to everyone, I appreciate everything.

Always accommodating when calling up to make an appointment and Bel was a lovely receptionist with a very understanding in making you feel at ease.

Had an appointment with Lauren,the podiatrist.The admin staff were friendly and professional and Lauren is fantastic.She is very friendly, professional ,knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with advice.She has helped my issues greatly.

I've been a regular patient at Paralowie Family Health, (a 'sister' practice to GG) for several years now. I have nothing but praise for the excellent professional, caring, helpful and friendly staff and Doctors at Paralowie. Well done to Dr Colin Goodson, colleagues and staff for a job well done.Unfortunately, and I believe largely due to the ravages of Covid, Paralowie has struggled to find sufficient Doctors to be able to adequately service their patients, as have a lot of other Practices. Waiting times for appointments has gone from what was a few days to several weeks. As such, the owners have made the decision to close Paralowie and merge with another 'sister' practice at Elizabeth.Now for Golden Grove - due to the Paralowie staffing difficulties, I have on occasion, found it necessary to book appointments with Doctors at Golden Grove. Up until yesterday I hadn't had any issues.Sadly that has all changed. I was seeing the samedoctor for a second follow-up to an injury I sustained over 3 weeks ago. I had booked the appointment online over the weekend via the HotDoc app. for 6.45pm last night.Once the consultation had concluded, I went to the reception desk as I normally would as a courtesy and to sign any necessary paper work. I have always been bilk billed, having been a concession card holder well before becoming a patient at both Paralowie and GG.To my dismay, the receptionist asked me to scan my credit card to cover the almost $80 fee. I explained that I've always been bulked bill, including for previous visits to GG. I was informed that they don't bulk bill after hours consultations, which unbeknown to me was apparently after 6pm. I challenged this, stating that it would have been nice to be informed of this at the time of booking, rather than after the consultation was over. She made no offer nor effort to speak with the doctor. I also advised her that my previous consultation was booked for 7pm and I was bulked billed for that. Well, she had an answer for that too, and in a rather terse tone said it's up to the individual Doctor".She really couldn't have given a rats a..e! In my entire life I have NEVER experienced nor been exposed to such disgusting

My husband and I were very pleased with our first experience at this clinic, having just moved to Adelaide from Interstate. The reception staff were all very friendly and the GP we saw was wonderful. Thank you for such professional help and service.

Whilst the dr I saw was really nice it turns out that what I went for she could not help with so I needed to make another appt, that is fine but I don't think I should have been charged a gap for this and I have been told I will pay a gap for the next appt too

Dr Priscilla Ariyaratnam is Amazing! She was very thorough with my baby. She was very helpful and gave a great diagnosis. This was our first visit with her. Her professionalism and kind nature made our visit very easy. She is fantastic with kids and I will also be seeing her for any future visits.

Friendly reception and my family have seen Dr Jennifer Lau & Dr Michael Yau, they are both amazing as they care about their patients!
