Worst experience ever wasting time and moneyPeople should know how to do there job properly

Went to this shop to get some professional advice about my daughters bike and have been treated with total arrogance.In response to the owners reply:I did an hours trip return to get professional advice, so please don't tell me I wasn't listening. Nevertheless, you are right I did not drive all this way to than be told several times how cheap this bike must have been when I bought it for my daughters 3rd birthday. I came to your shop to get the brakes checked as I was concerned for her safety. So I simply expected you to be helpful. I would have been more than happy to replace the brakes to whatever you could recommend or change to a new bike all together, I mean that's why people go to a bike shop. However, sadly you were not willing to help.

Worst service ever experienced in my life. Not only have they put pricing up every time I’ve had $10 tube replacement. Last time I asked for brakes to be straightened., they loosened calliper and gave back to me. My son had accident then when I told owner he said well no one else will even look at them and shut door on me. I am seeking legal advice and civil suit. Do not go near this shop they don’t know what there doing.. For scooter bike repair go to Mooloolaba ….Noosa bike shop will put your kids life at risk and laugh about it!!!!!
