I can thoroughly recommend Nick Tuck. He gave us great advice and his estimate of the sales price of the property was very accurate. He sold the property within a week of listing. He negotiated with the buyer to increase the offer. This in effect halved the sales commission we paid. We were really pleased with how Nick worked for us.

We engaged Nick to assist us with the sale of our Royal Park property. Nick made the whole process so simple and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The way Lakes and Portside structure their agent fees is so simple and transparent. We met with various other agents who all included a long list of individual fees and charges.
